Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience across various platforms. You will collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice and objectives.

Duties

  • Develop high-quality written content for blogs, articles, social media, and website pages that reflect the brand's voice and engage the audience.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to optimize content for SEO and improve search engine rankings.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions for future content strategies.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage social media accounts using platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across channels.
  • Implement social listening techniques to monitor audience engagement and adapt content strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in public relations efforts by crafting press releases and other promotional materials.
  • Engage in e-commerce initiatives by creating product descriptions and promotional content that drive sales.
  • Edit and proofread all written materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

Skills

  • Proficient in SEO best practices and keyword research techniques.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) to track performance metrics.
  • Ability to create compelling branding narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Experience in video editing is a plus for creating multimedia content.
  • Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
