About the Role

Lind Institute of Plastic Surgery is seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media Content Creator to produce high-quality photo and video content that captures our brand’s luxury aesthetic and patient experience.

This is a content-heavy, creator role you’ll spend your time filming, editing, and posting on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. You’ll collaborate with our marketing team, providers, and staff to highlight real procedures, MedSpa treatments, and behind-the-scenes moments that reflect the artistry of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit short-form video (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) and photo content in clinic, med spa, and surgical settings (HIPAA compliant)
• Create engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs that align with our brand voice
• Post and schedule content; manage stories and highlight reels
• Organize and tag content in a digital library for reuse
• Track engagement metrics and optimize future content based on performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan weekly content and promotions
• Support online community engagement (responding to comments and messages)

Ideal Candidate

• Deep understanding of current Instagram and TikTok trends
• Confident filming with iPhone or DSLR; strong sense of lighting, composition, and storytelling
• Skilled in CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro
• Creative thinker who can turn ideas into polished, shareable content
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable filming in a medical/aesthetic environment

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience creating social media content (aesthetics, beauty, or fashion preferred)
• Proven ability to shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos
• Must submit links to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube content you’ve personally created
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Must work on-site in Spring, TX

Nice to Have

• Photography experience and lighting knowledge
• Basic understanding of analytics, SEO, and hashtags
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Previous experience in medical or luxury branding
