As our firm continues to expand, we are seeking a talented and motivated Content Creator to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The Content Creator will help shape Tucker Law’s digital presence through compelling videos, visuals, and written content. This role involves creating and editing multimedia content for the firm’s website, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate can transform ideas and footage into engaging, polished content that builds trust, educates clients, and strengthens the firm’s brand.

Primary Duties

✔ Create, edit, and produce video content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other digital channels.
✔ Write and design engaging website and blog content that reflects Tucker Law’s brand and practice areas.
✔ Develop and execute mass email campaigns to update clients, promote firm news, and share educational materials.
✔ Manage content calendars and schedule posts using Loomly to ensure consistent publishing across platforms.
✔ Design visuals, infographics, and social media graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
✔ Edit short-form and long-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, PowerDirector, or comparable software.
✔ Optimize content for SEO and engagement using targeted keywords, metadata, and analytics insights.
✔ Monitor and analyze content performance across platforms using Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and social media insights.
✔ Collaborate with firm leadership to develop creative campaigns that align with Tucker Law’s marketing goals.
✔ Stay informed on social trends, emerging tools, and best practices in content marketing and video production.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Proven experience creating, editing, and publishing digital content across multiple platforms.
✔ Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, PowerDirector, or similar).
✔ Strong writing and proofreading skills for blogs, captions, and email campaigns.
✔ Experience with Loomly or comparable social media management platforms.
✔ Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools.
✔ Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and consistency.
✔ Highly organized, creative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Experience in digital marketing, communications, or a law firm setting is a plus.
