About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to lead our English-language content strategy and represent Cartpanda across key digital platforms. This is a dynamic and visible role, ideal for someone who combines creativity, communication skills, and a strong interest in technology and digital communities.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape our voice, produce high-quality content, and engage with a global audience.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute our social media presence in English, including content planning and creation;
• Develop creative and engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and others
• Be the face of the brand in video content, including tutorials, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes stories;
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, product) to align messaging and brand voice;
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and new content formats;
• Occasionally travel to attend or host events and create on-site content.

Requirements

• Candidates must be located in United States;
• Demonstrated experience in creating content for social media platforms, preferably within the tech industry;
• Proven confidence and comfort in front of the camera;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to align with the brand;
• Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally for events, video shoots, and other brand initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a content creator, brand ambassador, or in digital marketing;
• Familiarity or interest in technology, startups, or digital tools.
