One of the esteemed organization as a gaming retailers in the Middle East looking for a creative Social Media Strategist & Content Creator, who has strong expertise in social media & content creation. If you’re fluent in Arabic and English, thrive on trends, and can turn ideas into viral short-form content, this role is for you.

You’ll be the driving force behind our digital storytelling—creating platform-specific content that connects deeply with gaming, tech, and meme-loving audiences across multiple countries.

Content Creation & Management

• Develop, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat focused on product highlights and brand moments.
• Build content that aligns with gaming and meme culture to drive reach and virality.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm updates to keep engagement high.

Regional Content Production

• Create localized content for audiences across six Middle Eastern markets.
• Manage production with minimal external agency support and within defined budgets.

Engagement

• Interact with followers, respond to comments, and nurture an active online community.
• Track emerging trends and integrate them into your content plan.

Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor content performance and refine strategies based on insights and engagement data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, with a proven record of viral or high-performing campaigns .
• Experience crafting content that resonates with gaming and meme-driven audiences- A Gamer will be given more preference
• Proven success producing content across diverse international markets .
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Video editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro .
• Design tools: Photoshop, Canva .
• Understanding of SEO, social algorithms , and content optimization.
• Exceptional storytelling, creativity, and ability to perform on-camera .
