Overview

Job Summary: Indpt is looking for an imaginative Social Media Content Creator, strong collaborator and an all-around figure-it-out-er who can also think on their feet; one who has a solid background & skills in photography and/ or videography with a strong grasp on the type of visual content that is strong on social media.


Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit high-quality visual content, including but not limited to: Food and retail merchandise; Activations and campaigns; Events and launches; Customer and lifestyle experiences; Behind-the-scenes and internal footage.

  • Produce new content or re-purpose existing visual content that will be used on digital platforms, including but not limited to: Instagram feed, reels, stories; Snapchat, TikTok, LED screens in our stores and pop-up locations, online delivery platforms.

  • Full involvement in content production, from pre- to post-production, including planning, shooting and filming, editing, color correction, and basic sound mixing.

  • Direct action when needed: direct people/ models to do specific activities in front of the camera, direct the team on set so that the needed footage is acquired.

  • Perform regular research on current visual trends & audience preferences; stay up-to-date with current technologies, design tools and applications.

  • Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables. Be agile and willing to revise and improve content on an ongoing basis. Engage in creative problem solving.

  • Maintain a strong sense of pace and timing, knowledge of the best type of content to grab viewers, and a sense for how to connect with audiences in as little time as possible.

  • Work full-time hours in flexible shifts, which may include weekends and evenings depending on when events are scheduled or to meet deadlines.

  • Collaborate with the Content Lead and other team members to understand content requirements and concepts for campaigns.

  • Develop and present mood boards and content plans, incorporating feedback as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and requirements.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in social media content creation and management.

  • Strong skills in photo, video, and short-form content production (Reels, TikToks, Stories).

  • Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and platform algorithms.

  • Ability to adapt content to brand voice and audience (Arabic & English preferred).

  • Strong visual storytelling and trend-spotting ability.

  • Familiarity with content calendars, campaign briefs, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.

  • Portfolio showcasing previous creative work.
