Job Description
As a Social Media Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for producing engaging, on-brand content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. From idea to execution, you’ll create social-first assets that elevate our clients’ brands, engage audiences, and meet strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create high-quality, original content (graphics, video, reels, stories, carousels, etc.) tailored for various social platforms.
- Capture and edit on-site photo and video content, particularly for real estate and hospitality projects.
- Collaborate with account and strategy teams to ensure all content aligns with campaign goals.
Copywriting & Storytelling
- Write compelling captions and short-form copy that reflects brand tone and voice.
- Develop and present content ideas, mood boards, and drafts to clients and internal teams.
Social Media Execution
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms using scheduling tools.
- Monitor trends, insights, and platform updates to ensure relevance and innovation in content approach.
Client & Brand Alignment
- Understand each client’s unique voice, style, and audience.
- Maintain consistency across all content for individual brands.
Performance Collaboration
- Work with digital and strategy teams to understand what’s working and adjust creative accordingly.
- Review analytics and implement feedback into content cycles.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on content creation experience, preferably within an advertising agency.
- Proven portfolio of creative work across platforms — especially Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Experience working with real estate or hospitality brands is a major plus.
