About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Social Media Content Creator with a strong background in managing content for luxury and high-end brands in the UAE or GCC market. The ideal candidate understands the region’s luxury audience, premium aesthetics, and the importance of storytelling, exclusivity, and brand positioning across social platforms.

This role requires someone who can translate luxury brand values into visually compelling and culturally relevant content while maintaining international luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage high-quality social media content for luxury brands across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments in the UAE (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, etc.)
• Produce premium visual content (reels, short-form videos, stories, static posts) that reflects luxury aesthetics and brand identity
• Write refined, on-brand captions with strong storytelling and attention to tone of voice
• Coordinate with influencers, and marketing teams when required
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints
• Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize content based on engagement and growth metrics
• Stay up to date with social media trends while adapting them appropriately for luxury positioning

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling social media content for luxury, premium, or high-end brands, preferably in the UAE or GCC
• Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury brand work (fashion, hospitality, real estate, jewelry, automotive, lifestyle, or similar sectors)
• Excellent understanding of the UAE luxury market, audience behavior, and cultural nuances
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, Canva, etc.)
• Strong command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Experience with reels and short-form video without compromising brand elegance
• Highly detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with luxury agencies or premium in-house brand teams
• Familiarity with influencer collaborations and luxury brand partnerships
• UAE market experience is highly preferred
