Social Media Content Creator

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form content
• Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content independently
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand positioning and campaigns
• Stay updated with current trends, audio, transitions, and social formats
• Manage content calendar and posting schedule
• Write engaging captions and optimize posts for reach and engagement
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign-based content
• Assist in behind-the-scenes content, product launches, and brand storytelling
• Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) and suggest improvements
• Maintain consistency in visual identity and tone of voice

• Experience in blogging or writing long-form content
• Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns
• Knowledge of skincare / beauty industry trends (if applicable)
• Required Skills
• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms
• Video shooting & editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Creative storytelling ability
• Confident camera presence (if appearing in content)
• Good writing and communication skills
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe Suite preferred)
• Strong sense of aesthetics and visual direction

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
