Social Media & Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our brand presence on Instagram and Facebook, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Account Management

• Handle the daily content posting and maintenance of the company's Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Develop and execute a weekly content plan to ensure accounts remain active and engaging.
• Actively respond to comments and private messages to foster community engagement.

Content Creation

• Design eye-catching graphic content using tools like Canva.
• Assist with filming and editing short-form video content (Reels / Shorts).
• Propose relevant topics and creative ideas aligned with the company's business goals.
• Appearing on camera to create video content for our brand.

Data Analysis and Optimization

• Track and analyze core performance metrics, including reach, clicks, and inquiries.
• Use data insights to optimize future content and strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media operations or digital marketing.
• Strong familiarity with the operational logic and best practices of Instagram and Facebook.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
