We’re Cirql (cirql.ai). We build software that fixes workflow bottlenecks in real businesses.
We’re hiring an up-and-coming creator who wants a serious excuse to make great content in Minneapolis.
You’ll get:
- An 800-ton press for “smashing videos”
- A full manufacturing facility as your set (Minneapolis)
- Access to real machines, real ops, real industrial vibes (not a fake SaaS background)
- A team that will actually ship what you film (we build stuff)
This is NOT:
- A “post Canva quotes” job
- A corporate marketing gig
- A role where you wait 2 weeks for approvals
This IS:
- You filming + editing short-form videos that hit (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
- Industrial “oddly satisfying” + “how it actually works” + skits
- Posting weekly, learning fast, iterating faster
What you’ll be doing
- Create and publish 3–5 Shorts per week (more if we’re on a roll)
- Mix of:
- Smash/press content (safe + controlled)
- “How it actually works” industrial explainers
- Cirql skits (“workflow autopsy” style)
- Behind-the-scenes builds + shipping receipts
- Own the process: idea → script → shoot → edit → post → iterate
What we want
- You’re early-career or hungry, but you’re not clueless
- You can shoot/edit vertical content that feels modern
- You’re not scared of industrial environments (and you follow safety rules)
- You can take feedback without dying inside
- CREATIVITY
- You can have fun (we want to have fun making videos and smashing things)
Pay
- Paid for your time + per video
- The more results we get, the more you make (you’re basically part of the team)
- Opportunity to directly impact sales and receive compensation from this as well
Safety
- You must follow all facility safety rules. PPE/training required. No exceptions.
To apply, send:
- 3–5 examples of your best Shorts (or a portfolio)
- Your city + availability (we’re in Minneapolis)
- One idea you’d film with an 800-ton press + one Cirql skit idea
Pay: $23.63 - $28.46 per hour
Work Location: In person
