Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to help build and manage our online presence. This role involves visiting an active full home remodel project in Altadena, capturing video content of the work being performed, editing engaging short-form videos, and posting them across social media platforms.

The goal of this position is to consistently produce engaging content that showcases our projects, builds trust with potential clients, and grows our audience online.

Responsibilities

• Visit active job site to film construction progress and project highlights
• Capture before, during, and after footage of remodel and construction work
• Edit short-form videos optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Create and publish content across multiple social media platforms
• Respond to comments and messages professionally
• Monitor engagement and interact with followers
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Suggest ideas for content that attracts homeowners and potential clients
• Stay up to date with social media trends and editing styles

Preferred Skills

• Experience filming and editing social media content
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Ability to create engaging short-form videos
• Experience with editing apps such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Strong communication and professionalism when interacting online
• Ability to work independently and manage posting schedules

Schedule Options

This role can start as:

• Part-time (4 hours per day)
• 8am-12pm, flexible schedule if needed
• Potential to grow into full-time (8 hours per day) depending on results and workload.

Compensation

• $25 per hour
