Blue Environments is a high end pool design & build company focused on creating clean, modern outdoor spaces for families who value quality. We’re small but growing fast and building a brand that stands out not just in our work, but in how we show it.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who understands social media beyond just posting.

Someone who can capture, create, and communicate. And isn’t afraid to get in the field, film content, and help bring projects to life online.

This role is primarily marketing focused, with light administrative support as needed.

Content Creation & Social Media (Primary Role)

• Capture photo + video content on job sites (iPhone or camera)
• Create short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Edit videos with attention to pacing, music, and storytelling
• Help plan and execute content ideas
• Stay on top of trends (but filter them to fit our brand)
• Assist with posting, captions, and engagement

Marketing Support

• Brainstorm content ideas and campaigns
• Help showcase projects in a clean, aesthetic way
• Support brand growth across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc...

Admin Support (Secondary Role)

• Assist with light office tasks as needed
• Help keep content organized and scheduled
• Support team communication and coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who gets social media
• Comfortable filming in real-world environments (job sites, outdoors)
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, etc.)
• Organized and reliable
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly
• Not afraid to speak up with ideas!

Compensation

• $16.50–$20/hour (based on experience)
• Opportunity for growth as the company grows. We don't believe in 50 cent raises after a years work. If you have it, it WILL be recognized.
