About the Role
American Impact and Energy is looking for a results-driven Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This role focuses on creating high-performing content that drives views, engagement, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Create and post 3 pieces of content daily across platforms
• Produce and publish daily reels and stories
• Lead the rebranding and optimization of our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok pages
• Visit active project sites to capture original photo and video content
• Edit content for social media (short-form, engaging, trend-based)
• Monitor performance and adjust content strategy to increase views, engagement, and reach
• Stay updated on trends, sounds, and viral formats

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (IG, FB, TikTok)
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
• Ability to consistently generate high engagement and viral-style content
• Comfortable visiting local job sites to capture content
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Reliable and able to meet daily posting requirements

Compensation

• $3,000 per month
• Performance-based growth opportunities available

Schedule

• Full-time
• Flexible hours (must meet daily content output and performance expectations)
