EB Hair Co & Bloom Boutique is hiring a Social Media & Content Creator!

Are you passionate about creating engaging content, staying on top of social media trends, and helping brands grow online? We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and driven individual to join our team and bring our salon and boutique vision to life through content.

Experience is required for this position.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re seeking someone who understands content strategy, social media growth, brand storytelling, and can confidently create content that drives engagement, builds community, and increases sales.

Responsibilities Include:✨ Creating daily photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms✨ Filming and editing high-quality reels and short-form videos✨ Planning and executing content calendars✨ Photographing salon services, boutique arrivals, products, and events✨ Writing engaging captions and marketing copy✨ Monitoring trends and implementing fresh content ideas✨ Managing social media posting schedules and engagement✨ Collaborating with our team to showcase our brand authentically

We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has previous social media management and content creation experience Has strong photography and videography skills Is proficient in video editing apps and content creation tools Understands social media algorithms, engagement, and growth strategies Is highly organized, creative, and self-motivated Has a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling Loves beauty, fashion, and creating content that converts
