Position Overview:
We're looking for a creative, ambitious, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator / Marketing Intern to help grow Addendum Hair's digital presence. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves creating content, understands social media culture, and wants hands-on experience building a beauty brand.

The ideal candidate can take an idea from concept to finished content, has a strong eye for aesthetics, enjoys experimenting with new trends, and isn't afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
• Film, edit, and publish short-form videos including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Design graphics, product posts, educational content, and promotional campaigns that align with the Addendum Hair brand.
• Research beauty industry trends, viral content, and competitor strategies to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements based on performance.
• Help plan and organize monthly content calendars.
• Capture content during product launches, education events, photoshoots, and salon visits.
• Write compelling captions and assist with basic community management.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing team.
• Continuously pitch new content ideas that increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Social Media Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends.
• Experience creating content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar software) is highly desirable.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication and copywriting abilities.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Passion for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or digital marketing.
• Previous experience managing social media accounts or creating branded content is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship
