• Produce high-quality multimedia content such as graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage social media calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules that align with marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Monitor social listening tools to track audience engagement, gather insights, and identify trending topics relevant to our industry.
• Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility and reach.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform-specific tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to maintain positive brand reputation through proactive relationship management and crisis communication when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of multimedia projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Skilled in video editing and photography to produce engaging visual content.
• Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring engagement trends.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics, and Facebook Advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies across diverse platforms.
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure all content is polished and aligned with brand voice.
