Social Media Content Creator

Altenar is an international IT company founded in 2011, with offices in Malta, Greece, Georgia, the Isle of Man, and Uruguay. We specialize in high-load software development and provide one of the best technology solutions for the iGaming industry worldwide.

We are looking for a Content Creator who combines storytelling, videography, and content production skills to create engaging social media content for an international B2B iGaming brand.

This is not a classic videographer role. We are looking for someone with a creator mindset — a person who can independently generate ideas, shoot, edit, and package content that people actually want to watch and share.

Imagine traveling across Europe to major industry exhibitions and events in cities like Barcelona, Rome, or Lisbon, capturing the atmosphere behind the scenes, interviewing industry leaders, and turning real moments into dynamic content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

You will help shape the visual voice of a fast-growing international brand in the iGaming industry.

Our team

You will work closely with a cross-functional marketing team including a Content Manager, Art Director, Motion Designer, Event Director, and Marketing Director.

What you are going to do

• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and other social media platforms
• Independently develop content ideas, formats, and creative concepts
• Cover international exhibitions and events across Europe
• Produce behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, интервью and brand content
• Shoot and edit content independently from idea to final delivery
• Create both video and photo content when needed
• Work with fast turnaround times, including same-day event content
• Adapt content to current social media trends and platform specifics
• Collaborate with the marketing team while taking ownership of the creative production process
• Contribute to the development of the company’s visual identity and social media presence

What we are looking for

• Strong practical experience in content creation for social media
• Experience as a video blogger, creator
• Skills in videography, editing, storytelling, and post-production
• Experience creating short-form vertical content
• Understanding of modern social media trends and audience behavior
• Ability to independently lead the full content production cycle
• Experience shooting at events, exhibitions, or in fast-paced environments
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English
• Portfolio with relevant social media content examples

Would be a plus

• Experience in B2B marketing or employer branding content
• Experience in the iGaming industry
• Experience working at international exhibitions and conferences
• Fluent Russian
