Social Media Content Creator

Overview
We’re a fast-growing roofing company based in North Texas looking for a hands-on, creative In-House Digital Marketing Specialist to own our entire digital presence. You’ll be the one-person marketing engine that drives leads, builds brand awareness, and keeps our phones ringing with high-quality roofing jobs across the DFW metroplex.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Manage and maintain our WordPress website (updates, SEO optimization, lead forms, speed & mobile performance)
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns in Google Ad Manager (Google Ads)
• Create, manage, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate roofing leads in North Texas
• Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and social media visuals using Canva
• Use AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) to brainstorm, write, and enhance content quickly
• Create engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Schedule and manage our full social media calendar
• Track performance, run reports, and continuously improve ROI on all marketing channels
• Help with occasional photo/video shoots at job sites and before/after content
• What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
• Must be proficient in:

◦ WordPress (building/editing pages, plugins, basic SEO)◦ Google Ad Manager / Google Ads◦ Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager◦ Canva (or similar design tools)◦ AI tools for content creation and marketing

• Proven experience creating high-performing social media content that drives engagement and leads
• Strong writing skills – you can write clear, persuasive copy that sounds like a local North Texas roofing company (not robotic)
• Self-starter who can work independently and deliver results without constant supervision
• Reliable transportation and ability to come into our Grapevine office daily
• Bonus points if you have any experience in home services, roofing, construction, or home improvement marketing

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week
