Social Media Content Creator - Allen, TX

About the Role

Hair Extensions Supply Company is looking for a charismatic, trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to become the face and voice of our brand. We are a premier beauty supply company, and we’re looking for someone who can blend high-fashion "Vogue" aesthetics with a relatable, engaging on-camera presence to engage and have fun with our audience.

This isn't a "behind-the-scenes" job. You will be the primary personality for our social channels. Whether it’s filming a quick, viral TikTok or hosting a deep-dive YouTube series for our professional stylists, your job is to bring the brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Camera Hosting: Act as the lead personality for our YouTube channel. (We provide the scripts and handle the final YouTube edits. You just need to bring the energy and expertise!)
• Full-Cycle Short-Form Production: Concept, shoot, and edit high-impact videos for TikTok and Reels. You should be able to take a trend or a product and turn it into a thumb-stopping video.
• Creative Ideation: Brainstorm fresh content ideas that highlight our hair extensions, keeping our feed looking editorial yet accessible.
• Community Connection: Engage with our audience of stylists and hair enthusiasts, helping them understand our products through tutorials, BTS content, and Q&As.

What We’re Looking For

• The "IT" Factor: You are naturally comfortable on camera. You can deliver lines with confidence and keep an audience engaged.
• Short-Form Pro: You are a "one-person production team" for TikTok and Reels—capable of filming high-quality mobile content and editing it (using CapCut, premier, or similar tools).
• Aesthetic Eye: You understand the beauty industry. You know how to light a shot, frame a transition, and maintain a luxury, high-fashion look.
• Collaborative Spirit: You’re happy to work with our marketing/creative team to execute a vision while also being independent enough to run with your own creative ideas.

Requirements

• A portfolio or social media links showcasing your on-camera work and editing style.
• Proven experience growing or managing social media accounts (TikTok, IG, or YouTube).
• Proactive attitude, you stay ahead of beauty trends and algorithm shifts.
• Ability to work on-site at our Allen, TX office/studio.
• Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment, pivoting quickly between on-camera hosting, editing, and creative brainstorming without missing a beat.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
