Social Media Content Creator & Creative Designer (Digital Marketing Role)

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media creatives including static posts, reels, carousels, banners, and ad creatives.
• Develop and manage content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Handle daily posting, page management, community engagement, and audience interaction.
• Run and optimise Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and performance-driven digital campaigns.
• Analyse ad insights and improve reach, conversions, impressions, and engagement rates.
• Identify and apply current viral trends, trending audios, creative styles, and social media growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain strong brand identity and follow modern design aesthetics.
• Write engaging, SEO-friendly, and trend-driven captions for maximum organic visibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Graphic Designing using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of social media growth strategies, brand engagement, and digital content trends.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Ability to create modern, aesthetic, minimal, and viral-ready design templates.
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, social media analytics, and audience insights.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple design and content projects under deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Basic video editing skills for Reels/Shorts using CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• SEO content writing experience.
• Knowledge of brand guidelines, typography, storytelling, and visual communication.
