As we continue expanding our digital presence, we are looking for a Community Manager with strong graphic design skills to lead engagement efforts and strengthen our connection with the global beauty community.

Position Overview

We are seeking a community-first, creative professional who will take ownership of Mia Secret’s social media engagement and audience relationships, while supporting content creation through strong visual design.

This role is critical in ensuring our brand feels active, responsive, and culturally relevant across all platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to build community, drive engagement, and translate brand identity into visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

Community Management (Primary Focus)

• Manage daily engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and tags within established response time goals
• Proactively engage with followers, nail professionals, and creators
• Monitor brand sentiment and escalate customer issues when needed
• Identify, repost, and build relationships through user-generated content (UGC)
• Support influencer interactions and community-building initiatives
• Maintain and evolve Mia Secret’s tone of voice across platforms

Content & Graphic Design (Secondary Focus)

• Design social media graphics, promotional assets, and campaign visuals. Main assets will be produced by Mia Secret's creative director.
• Create engaging posts, stories, and short-form video content
• Edit videos using CapCut and design assets using Canva (Adobe is a plus)
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate on content calendars, launches, and campaigns

Performance & Optimization

• Track and analyze engagement metrics and community growth
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve performance
• Provide weekly reports and recommendations
• Support A/B testing of content formats and engagement strategies

KPIs / Success Metrics

• Response time to comments and DMs (target: < 12–24 hours)
• Engagement rate growth (likes, comments, shares, saves)
• Follower growth and retention rate
• Volume and quality of UGC interactions
• Community sentiment (positive vs. negative interactions)
• Contribution to campaign performance through engagement

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content culture
• Proven ability to build and engage online communities
• Graphic design experience with strong visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Excellent written communication and brand voice awareness
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, or the nail industry preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish is a plus)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
