Social Media Content Creator for Wedding Planner CEO

We’re looking for a creative, detail-loving Content Creator to join us on wedding days and capture the behind-the-scenes magic of a wedding planner in action.

This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, has a strong eye for aesthetics, and thrives in fast-paced, beautiful environments.

About the Role
You’ll be by my side on wedding days, documenting both:

• The day-in-the-life of a wedding planner (behind-the-scenes moments, setup, coordination, candid interactions)
• The wedding itself (details, décor, guest experience, special moments)

This content will be used for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Reels), so a strong understanding of short-form video is key.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality iPhone or camera content (photo + video)
• Film vertical, social-ready clips throughout the day
• Document key moments: setup, details, transitions, candid BTS
• Assist in identifying trending content ideas and shots
• Deliver raw footage promptly after each event (editing is a plus but not required)

Ideal Candidate

• Has experience creating content for social media (especially Reels/TikTok)
• Has a great eye for detail, lighting, and composition
• Is organized, proactive, and able to anticipate moments
• Feels comfortable in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• Is professional and blends seamlessly into a wedding setting
• Bonus: experience in weddings, events, or luxury brands

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
