Social media content creator & Growth specialist

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Growth Specialist who can own our social media presence end to end — from content ideation and creation to organic growth and performance optimization. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create high-quality video content and grow accounts organically through strategy, research, and execution.

Experience in the IT services, SaaS, or tech sector is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content with a strong focus on short-form video
• Edit and produce videos optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform content strategy
• Develop and execute organic growth strategies across social platforms
• Plan and manage content calendars consistently
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve content and strategy
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and sales teams to align content with business goals

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a social media content creator or growth specialist
• Strong expertise in video editing and content creation tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, or similar)
• Hands-on experience growing social media accounts organically
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content formats
• Ability to research, test, iterate, and scale what works
• Excellent storytelling and content ideation skills
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results

Nice to Have

• Experience working with IT services, SaaS, or tech brands
• Experience creating B2B-focused content
• Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools
