Clife DJ Company is a modern wedding entertainment company based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We specialize in elevated, high-energy wedding celebrations and professional event production across Eastern Iowa.

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Content Creator to help capture and showcase our live wedding experiences.

Position Overview

This is a part-time content creation role ideal for:

• College students studying marketing, media, or communications
• Creators building a professional portfolio
• Individuals seeking a flexible, creative weekend role

This position includes:

• In-office content filming (2–4 times per month)
• Weekend wedding coverage (primarily Saturdays)
• Ongoing editing and posting responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Film engaging behind-the-scenes content at weddings and events
• Capture in-office branded content
• Create 2–3 polished posts per week (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Edit content using CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Post content across social media platforms
• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality
• Engage with audience comments and messages

Requirements

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends
• Must own an iPhone capable of high-quality video
• Comfortable filming in low-light environments (weddings)
• Proficient in at least one editing software
• Available for some Saturday work
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Based in Eastern Iowa

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with DSLR, GoPro, or Insta360 cameras
• Familiarity with the Insta360 app
• Experience with CapCut
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
