Social Media Content Creator- Medspa & Cosmetic Surgery

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Expert to lead the digital presence for our plastic surgery and medspa clinics across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for showcasing our surgical expertise and aesthetic treatments through compelling visual content, building a community of loyal patients, and driving new inquiries. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for "medical-chic" aesthetics and understands how to balance promotional content with educational, patient-centered storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Production: Plan, film, and edit high-quality short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikToks) featuring behind-the-scenes clinic life, provider interviews, and live treatment demonstrations.
  • Before-and-After Management: Curate and post ethical before-and-after galleries that highlight natural-looking results while ensuring all content follows patient consent protocols.
  • Compliance & Privacy: Ensure all social media activities are HIPAA compliant, maintaining strict patient confidentiality and adhering to healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Community Engagement: Actively manage all inbound messages and comments, responding in a professional brand voice and routing medical inquiries to the appropriate clinical staff.
  • Strategy & Analytics: Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with clinic promotions and track performance metrics (engagement, reach, and lead conversion) to optimize future campaigns.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and report on online reviews and feedback across platforms to help maintain the clinic's premium reputation.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels and manage online reputation effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the aesthetics, beauty, or luxury healthcare industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) and design platforms like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong storytelling ability, exceptional writing skills, and a high level of professionalism when interacting with patients and providers.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with paid social media advertising and Meta Pixel tracking.

Pay: $35.00 - $100.00 per hour
