Office Assistant and Content Creator

An office assistant provides administrative support to an individual or a team, performing various administrative and clerical tasks.

Content Creators produce entertaining or educational material and are responsible for the contribution of information to any media. They create both digital media and offline content that caters to the interests of a target audience.

To be successful as an Office Assistant and Content Creator, you should be a self-starter who can multitask while creating reasonable timelines for projects and completing high-quality work within deadlines.

Twain Harte Tree Service and Mountain Meadow Apothecary strive to provide high-quality services and products to clients. That is only possible if every team member also strives to produce high-quality work.

Tree Service Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Entering receipts into Quickbooks
  • Scanning checks into the Drive and matching them in Quickbooks
  • Opening mail and filing papers
  • Checking emails for urgent responses
  • Checking social media and review sites for comments that need responses
  • Updating and posting on review sites
  • Type and send estimates
  • Occasional errands, such as post office and local orders picked up
  • Answering phones and entering new estimates in Jobber
  • Occasionally visit job sites to take pictures for content
  • Create social media content and schedule in Meta for consistent posting

Apothecary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage social media and create content
  • Manage purchases and ship product
  • Occasional errands, such as post office and local orders picked up

Office Assistant and Content Creator Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous work experience as an office assistant or content creator.
  • Good organizations skills.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Superb communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks, Instagram, and Meta preferred.
  • Ability to learn new software systems.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work individually and with others.
  • Positive attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
