Are you a visual storyteller who knows how to stop the scroll? We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator who is as comfortable behind a camera lens as they are navigating an ad dashboard.
Our team is dedicated to high-end behavior transformation, and we need someone to help us "Unleash the Hero" in our brand. You will be responsible for capturing the incredible work our trainers do and translating that into a powerhouse social media presence that attracts and converts prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality photography and cinematography (shooting and editing) of training sessions, client success stories, and "behind the scenes" action.
- Platform Management: Manage and grow our presence across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram/Facebook.
- Ad Strategy: Build, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns via Meta Business Suite and Google Ads to drive high-value lead generation.
- Engagement: Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure our content remains relevant, engaging, and "share-worthy."
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual and written content aligns with our professional, high-energy, and superhero-themed brand identity.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in professional photo/video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Ad Expertise: Proven experience running successful paid social and search campaigns with a focus on conversion.
- Platform Fluency: Deep familiarity with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and the TikTok ecosystem.
- Creative Vision: An eye for lighting, composition, and storytelling that highlights the bond between dogs and their owners.
- Local Presence: Must be able to work on-site in the Salt Lake Valley to capture content in real-time.

Requirements
- Candidates must not currently work for or represent direct competitors in the dog training or animal behavior industry.
- Must have a portfolio demonstrating both cinematic video work and photography.
