Social Media Content Creator & Reels Producer

We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Content Creator who can plan, shoot, and edit engaging content for gym and cafe social media pages. The ideal candidate should understand current trends, create content ideas independently, appear on camera when needed, and help grow engagement and sales through high-quality short form videos.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands Instagram/TikTok-style content, and knows how to turn everyday business moments into engaging reels and customer-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Visit gym and cafe locations to shoot content regularly
• Come up with creative content ideas, trends, campaigns, and hooks
• Record and edit videos using mobile or camera equipment
• Create testimonial/customer experience videos
• Speak confidently on camera when required
• Coordinate with owners/staff to plan promotional campaigns
• Add captions, transitions, music, and trending formats
• Help improve page engagement, reach, and conversions/sales
• Maintain a consistent content posting style and brand image

Requirements

• Experience creating social media content and reels
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook trends
• Basic to advanced video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
• Comfortable speaking on camera
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas
• Portfolio or sample work is preferred
• Experience with gyms, cafes restaurants, or lifestyle brands is a plus

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
