We’re seeking a skilled social media content creator/coordinator to join our team. The individual in this position will work with our clients in the powersports dealership industry to engage with business leaders, develop campaigns, oversee projects and handle logistical needs.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy
  • Create, curate, develop and manage all published content (images, video, written)
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales
  • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies to meet business goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts
  • Oversee design (e.g., cover images, profile pictures, etc.)
  • Design and create social ad campaigns while monitoring and reporting on their effectiveness
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools and technologies
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements
  • Cover events live and in various locations across northern Utah as well as other states as needed


Qualifications

  • One year of proven working experience in social media marketing or digital media preferred
  • Excellent creative idea generation, filming, editing (photo/video/text), writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve 19 and CapCut preferred
  • Ability to work with an editor and revise materials quickly
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO preferred
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a basic understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude as well as detail and customer-oriented
  • Good multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Well-versed in various social media platforms
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Meta Business Suite experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • A degree in communications, marketing, business, public relations or a related field is preferred
