Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Designer to join our growing team. You will work across multiple eCommerce and lifestyle brands, creating engaging, high-converting content tailored for modern social platforms.

The ideal candidate understands visual storytelling, short-form video trends, and performance-driven creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Core ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

• Design high-quality social media posts and carousel content
• Create promotional and campaign creatives
• Design product-focused advertisements
• Develop collection launch graphics
• Design Instagram stories, banners, and ad visuals

Video Content Creation

• Create short-form videos for:
• TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• Facebook Reels
• Edit raw footage into engaging content
• Add captions, transitions, and motion graphics
• Create UGC-style (User-Generated Content) ads
• Produce product showcase videos

Content Adaptation & Optimization

• Repurpose content across multiple platforms
• Resize creatives for different formats (feeds, stories, ads)
• Optimize content for paid advertising campaigns
• Align visuals with platform-specific trends

Required SkillsDesign Tools

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva Pro

Video Editing Tools (At least one required)

• CapCut (Highly Preferred)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (Highly Preferred)
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong portfolio focused on social media content
• Experience with eCommerce brands is a plus
• Understanding of short-form content trends and viral formats

Portfolio Requirements

Candidates must submit a portfolio including:

• Social media posts
• Ad creatives
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok videos
• UGC-style content

Note:
If your portfolio mainly includes:

• Logos
• Wedding invitations
• Brochures
• Business cards

This role may not be the right fit.

We are specifically looking for expertise in:

• Instagram content
• Facebook ads creatives

• Reels & short-form storytelling
• Product mockups
• Performance-driven ad creatives

Hiring Test (Mandatory)

To evaluate your skills, shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete:

Task 1:
Design a promotional Instagram post for a Texas Collection Hat

Task 2:
Create a 15-second TikTok/Reel using provided product images
