Social Media Content Designer (Strategy + Creative)

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Designer who can independently plan, conceptualize, and design monthly social media content. This role combines content strategy with visual execution to ensure consistency, clarity, and high-quality output across all social platforms.

The ideal candidate understands what to post and why, and can also design the visuals themselves—eliminating gaps between planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities – Content Strategy & Planning

• Conceptualize monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Develop post ideas, themes, and campaign concepts
• Translate marketing objectives into engaging social media content
• Ensure content consistency across platforms

Key Responsibilities – Creative & Design Execution

• Design social media graphics, carousels, and visual assets
• Adapt designs for different platforms and formats
• Maintain brand guidelines in all visuals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine concepts and visuals

Optimization & Collaboration

• Suggest improvements based on engagement and performance insights
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in social media content planning and graphic design
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Strong visual sense and layout skills
• Ability to manage timelines independently

Nice to Have

• Agency or brand experience
• Understanding of analytics and engagement metrics
• Motion graphics or short video experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
