Social Media Content Editor & Manager

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Social Media Content Editor & Manager to take charge of our online presence. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional editing skills and strong social media management abilities—focused on content quality and organic growth, not boosting or paid ads. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple platforms effectively.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management & Execution

• Develop and implement organic social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Manage and schedule daily posts across Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan monthly content calendars and brainstorm creative campaign ideas.
• Stay updated with platform trends, viral formats, and competitor content.

2. Content Editing & Creation

• Create and edit high-quality posts, stories, Reels, and short-form videos.
• Use tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, or Canva.
• Adapt content for each platform (captions, subtitles, aspect ratios, etc.).
• Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all visual assets.
• Coordinate with photographers, designers, and writers when needed.

3. Community Engagement

• Respond to messages, comments, and mentions professionally and promptly.
• Build positive relationships with followers, creators, and brand partners.
• Manage user-generated content and coordinate organic influencer collaborations.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Adjust content strategies based on performance results.

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker (required) with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Editor, or similar role.
• Strong video and photo editing skills.
• Excellent understanding of platform trends, algorithms, and creative best practices.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with own visa or sponsorship are highly appreciated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
