QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from Marketing, Communication, Media, Visual Arts, Graphic Design (etc.) departments of universities,
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a social media or content creation,

Advanced English proficiency (a second foreign language is a plus),

Proven experience managing brand social channels,

Experience within hospitality, lifestyle, or travel brands,
-
Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Proficiency in social media management tools,
-
Photography and video editing (Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.),

Strong organisational skills,
-
Knowledge of influencer marketing and PR,

Analytical skills for performance tracking

Living or able to live in Fethiye.
JOB DESCRIBTION

Execute and manage AHAMA’s social media strategy in line with brand and marketing objectives,

Create, write, edit engaging content for all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone and storytelling,
-
Capture and edit photos and videos for social use, maintaining high aesthetic standards,
-
Research and integrate emerging trends and platform updates into content planning,
-
Support influencer outreach, partnerships, and content collaborations,
-
Assist in planning and coordinating influencer stays with the marketing and PR teams,
-
Track performance metrics, compile coverage reports, and share insights with the wider team,
-
Contribute to wider brand storytelling initiatives and creative campaigns,
-
Maintain the content calendar and posting schedule,
-
Assist with community engagement and responding to messages/comments.
