Social Media & Content Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media & Content Executive to manage content planning, creation, posting, and scheduling across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and strong knowledge of Canva and CapCut for content design and editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning: Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Content Creation: Design and edit engaging posts, videos, and stories using Canva and CapCut.
• Platform Management: Handle posting and scheduling across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Content Scheduling: Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and maintain consistency.
• Social Media Comparison: Analyze competitor activities and trends to optimize performance.
• Performance Reporting: Track KPIs, engagement, and reach to provide actionable insights.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut for creative content development.
• Strong understanding of Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp platforms.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage multi-platform campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of social media comparison and benchmarking.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media/content management preferred.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
