Social Media Content Manager

About CoRise

CoRise is the Inland Empire's first and only clinical coworking space built exclusively for mental health professionals — therapists, psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists. We are a growing, community-driven brand with a warm, modern aesthetic, and we're looking for a creative force to help us build our presence online.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You won't be maintaining someone else's vision — you'll help shape ours.

The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated, creative Social Media Content Manager to join our team in-person, three days a week. You'll be responsible for creating content, shooting Reels on-site, managing our social channels, and staying ahead of trends that resonate with our audience of licensed clinicians and mental health professionals.

This role is ideal for someone who takes real ownership of their work, brings fresh ideas to every shift, and wants to grow with a brand that is building something meaningful.

What You'll Do

  • Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Film and edit short-form Reels and videos on-site at our Ontario location
  • Design branded graphics and visual assets using Canva
  • Research trends, hashtags, and content inspiration relevant to our audience
  • Manage posting schedules, captions, and community engagement across all platforms
  • Track performance metrics and identify what's resonating
  • Bring new ideas to every shift — we want your creative fingerprint on this

What We're Looking For

  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut and Canva — you can produce polished, on-brand designs independently
  • Comfortable on camera and behind it — Reels creation is a core part of this role
  • Experienced managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok — how each platform works, what performs, and why
  • Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and genuinely motivated by good work
  • Reliable, professional, and looking for a long-term opportunity — not just a short-term gig
  • Passion for design, wellness, or community-driven brands is a plus

Schedule & Compensation

  • 3 days per week, 4 hours per shift (12 hours/week total)
  • Days TBD — we'll work with the right candidate on scheduling
  • In-office at our Ontario, CA location (4684 Ontario Mills Pkwy, Suite 200)
  • $21.00 per hour
  • Opportunity to grow into a larger role as CoRise expands

Why CoRise

  • Be part of something being built from the ground up
  • Work in a calm, beautifully designed space alongside mental health professionals
  • Real creative ownership — your ideas will actually be used
  • A leadership team that invests in people who invest in their work
  • Room to grow as we expand across the Inland Empire and beyond
