RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

Develop, produce, and publish content for social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) and web platforms.

Work with Social Media Director to—plan, schedule, and coordinate campaigns and evergreen posts.

Collaborate with design, video, and copy teams to create scroll-stopping visuals, captions, and multimedia assets.

Manage the end-to-end production process: from brainstorming ideas to delivering polished content.
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.

Stay on top of trends in social media, web publishing, and emerging platforms to inform new content approaches. Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, tone of voice, and accessibility standards.
COMPETENCIES

Proven experience as a Content Producer, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

Strong portfolio or examples of work across multiple platforms.

Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects), or similar content creation tools.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).

Understanding of analytics (native insights, Google Analytics, Sprout, etc.) to inform strategy.

Experience with short form video production (Reels/TikTok).

Knowledge of social media video trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

Knowledge of SEO best practices for web content. Spiritual & Emotional Maturity Photography or basic video editing skills.

Highly organized with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of professional experience in video production, social media content creation, or a closely related field- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro; strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Demonstrated ability to operate professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, or equivalent mirrorless/ cinema platforms)
- Strong understanding of lighting design for both studio and on-location shoots
- Proven track record managing social media channels with measurable growth and engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating high-end photo and video work across a range of formats and styles
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline
COMPUTER / SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience producing content for a church, nonprofit, or faith-based organization- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or Motion, Fusion etc. for motion graphics
- Experience with live streaming production and platform integration (YouTube Live, Facebook Live)
- Familiarity with drone operation and FAA Part 107 certification
