Social Media & Content Specialist

Think you can bring the heat online the same way we do on the wok?
We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist who lives and breathes digital culture — someone who can turn everyday moments into viral stories and make the WOK BOYZ energy impossible to scroll past.

This is a full-time, in-house role based in Dubai, where you’ll be on the ground capturing real moments, creating bold content, and leading our social presence from the inside out.

What You’ll Do

️ Drive the Strategy

• Build and own a killer social media strategy that grows engagement, reach, and community.
• Set the tone, define our content pillars, and plan monthly calendars that sync with campaigns and promos.

Create, Capture, Edit

• Shoot, edit, and publish Reels, Stories, and posts that are 100% on-brand and crave-worthy.
• Work closely with chefs, restaurant teams, and influencers to bring the WOK BOYZ experience to life.

Engage & Build Community

• Respond, react, and keep the conversation flowing — every comment, DM, and mention matters.
• Spot trends, surface fan content, and turn followers into brand advocates.

Collab with Creators

• Find and partner with local influencers who fit our vibe.
• Manage deliverables, track results, and keep the collaborations authentic and fun.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in social media and content creation (F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality a plus).
• Deep know-how of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — what works, what doesn’t, and why.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, and the new wave of AI tools.
• Fluent in English and confident communicating on- and off-camera.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
