About the Role
We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Specialist who knows how to turn ideas into engaging posts and organize them into a solid content calendar. This role is all about storytelling, consistency, and understanding what makes people stop scrolling

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Plan, manage, and execute monthly content calendars
• Write clear, relatable captions that match the brand voice
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for visuals and campaigns
• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on insights
• Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Hands on experience with content calendars and scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with employer branding or tech related content
• Basic design skills using tools like Canva
• Experience working with multiple brands or accounts
