Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and execution-driven Social Media Content Specialist & PR Executive to lead our digital storytelling and brand presence. This role combines content creation, platform growth, creator collaborations, and PR outreach to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and credibility across online and offline channels.
The ideal candidate understands internet culture, short-form video trends, influencer marketing, and media relations — and can turn brand strategy into scroll-stopping content.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and product launches
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and trend-led content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Write compelling captions aligned with brand voice
- Monitor trends and implement viral formats in a brand-relevant way
- Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent brand presence
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize content accordingly
Content Creation
- Conceptualize and shoot short-form videos (UGC-style, founder-led, product-focused, lifestyle content)
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality creatives
- Assist in campaign shoots and behind-the-scenes content
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
Influencer & Creator Management
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers and UGC creators
- Negotiate collaborations and manage budgets
- Brief creators with campaign direction and deliverables
- Track creator performance and ROI
- Build long-term brand ambassador relationships
PR & Brand Communications
- Develop and execute PR strategies for product launches, events, and campaigns
- Draft press releases and media kits
- Build relationships with media houses, bloggers, and lifestyle publications
- Coordinate PR gifting and seeding campaigns
- Track media coverage and compile PR reports
Event & Community Support
- Assist in planning brand events, pop-ups, and activations
- Manage event coverage content in real-time
- Coordinate guest lists and media invites
- Support community-building initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or PR (FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Meta platform dynamics
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual branding
- Comfortable being on camera (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience working with influencers and managing collaborations
- Organized, proactive, and trend-aware
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe / CapCut or similar tools

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
