Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across multiple social media platforms. They will analyze performance metrics, interact with the audience, and contribute to overall brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging text, image, and video content aligned with brand identity.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns.
- Manage social media partnerships and influencer collaborations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Assist in paid social media advertising campaigns and budget management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
