This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator located in Doha, Qatar. The Marketing & Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating effectively with the target audience.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage creative social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos and photos for digital use
- Monitor trends and insights to drive engagement and follower growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand strategy
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager and suggest quarterly or monthly follow-ups to measure improvements and recalibrate strategy
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong skills in videography, photography, and editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Creative thinker with a good eye for design, trends, and storytelling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team
- Experience in hospitality or travel industry is a plus
- Must be currently in Doha, Qatar
