Social Media Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our group’s social media presence across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing campaigns, coordinating content creation, and driving engagement to enhance our digital footprint and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative team (designers, videographers, and editors) to plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Define clear campaign objectives and establish measurable KPIs for performance tracking.
- Conduct audience and competitor research to identify trends, preferences, and growth opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
- Create and execute innovative content ideas, campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, inquiries, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Generate monthly reports on performance metrics, growth, and audience insights.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (if applicable), including budgeting and performance optimization.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a multi-brand environment.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Social Media Management within a multi-outlet F&B or QSR environment.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn).
- Arab Speaking preferred.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with a strong sense of brand tone and aesthetics.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, insights, and reporting.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced digital trends.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, design, and operations teams.
