Job Description
The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing initiatives for the medical center. This includes planning and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, managing digital presence, and overseeing brand communications. You will be instrumental in positioning Al Jazeera Medical Center as a leading healthcare provider in Qatar, leveraging data-driven insights to reach and engage our target audience effectively.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan to support the medical center's business objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, website content, SEO/SEM, and email marketing campaigns.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand image of Al Jazeera Medical Center through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including patient testimonials, health-related articles, videos, and promotional materials.
- Patient Acquisition: Implement effective lead generation strategies to attract new patients and build a loyal patient base.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand patient needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the medical staff and management to promote specific services and specialties.
- Budget & Reporting: Manage the marketing budget and track the performance of all campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the Qatari healthcare market is a significant advantage.
