Company Overview:

PA Pain & Rehab (PAPR) has been operating for over 20 years and has 6 medical facilities located in the Philadelphia metro area, specializing in Physical Rehabilitation.

Position Overview:

We are searching for an energetic and dynamic professional who thinks differently and has a creative and aggressive approach to social media strategies & tactics. This individual will be intimately involved in the current and future strategies of the company and will be poised for rapid professional progression. In addition to Social Media work, the ideal candidate will also have experience implementing and monitoring digital marketing strategies and tactics. This is a hybrid position, requiring a weekly presence in our Philadelphia locations to create content, but with the flexibility of working remotely regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attending networking events as well as organizing company-sponsored events.

- Suggest new ways to attract prospective clients.

- Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media.

- Contributing or creating engaging text, image, and video content.

- Managing social media content production (i.e., videos, reels, interviews, etc.)

- Keeping up with technologies used in social media and online marketing.

- Online Presence: Monitor, evaluate, and act upon errors in online presence and respond to reviews.

- Measure web traffic and monitor SEO.

- Train co-workers to use social media cohesively and beneficially.

- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

- Experience in social media, digital management, marketing, or related field.

- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software, WordPress, and Google Digital Marketing Suite.

- Must be a self-starter and able to move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.

- Must have a high level of creativity.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle your own schedule.

Compensation:

- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually + bonus

- 401K with company contribution
