Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Mode: In-Person
Experience: 1–2 years (Experience in Advertising / Creative Agency preferred)
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

At Dangura Digital, we’re passionate about helping brands grow through creative storytelling and data-driven strategies. We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media & Content Coordinator who can plan, create, and manage engaging digital content — especially high-quality videos and reels — that inspire and connect with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and client teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Content Creation

  • Create, shoot, and edit engaging videos, reels, and other visual content.
  • Write creative, on-brand copy for posts, captions, and campaigns.
  • Adapt content for different platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and emerging formats.

Community & Campaign Management

  • Manage daily posting and community interactions — respond to messages, comments, and feedback.
  • Execute and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing performance and budgets.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics and campaign results; prepare performance reports with insights.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaign concepts.
  • Partner with clients to understand their goals and translate them into effective social media strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Experience with scheduling/analytics tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Creative mindset with storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and communication abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
