🔹 About the Role

We’re looking for a  Social Media Coordinator  to join our fast-growing creative and marketing agency. In this role, you will help manage our clients’ social platforms, develop engaging content, plan posting calendars, and contribute to high-impact marketing campaigns.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content across all social platforms
• Assist in developing monthly content calendars
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage communities
• Stay updated with the latest trends on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Support photography/videography teams during shoots
• Prepare performance reports and insights
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and project managers
• Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling

🔹 Requirements

• Experience in social media management (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms
• Good English & Arabic communication skills
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
• Organized, creative, and able to multitask
• Available to work on-site in Kuwait
