Social Media Coordinator

World Padel Academy is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our presence across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content (posts, reels, stories) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Develop and maintain a structured content calendar covering academies, tournaments, events, and partnerships
• Coordinate with photographers and designers to produce visual content
• Manage daily community engagement (comments and messages)
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
• Support digital campaigns, launches, and collaborations

Requirements

• Experience in social media management or content creation
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms
• Excellent written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
• Interest in sports or fitness is an advantage
