Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)

Greensboro, NC (Headquarters – with occasional site visits)

$18 - $24/hour

National Fleet Management is looking for a creative and driven Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to help grow our digital presence and bring our story to life.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, enjoys capturing real moments, and wants to play a key role in shaping how a fast-growing company shows up online—especially in recruiting and employer branding.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with company initiatives
  • Execute a short-form video strategy (Reels/TikTok) focused on recruiting and brand awareness
  • Capture and edit photos/videos from shop and mobile operations (as needed)
  • Partner with HR and leadership to support recruiting campaigns and employer branding
  • Highlight company culture, technician stories, and operational milestones
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement—responding as appropriate
  • Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth)
  • Coordinate with external vendors when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Experience

  • Recruiting marketing or employer branding
  • Capturing content in field or operational environments

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time (20-30 hours per week)
  • Flexible schedule with some availability during business hours
  • Hourly Pay: $18 - $24/hour (based on experience)
