Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary:

Join the Marketing staff at Chinowth & Cohen Realtors, recognized as the largest independent real estate brokerage in Oklahoma! Works alongside our in-house marketing team and reports to the Director of Marketing. Duties include writing, procuring, creating, and managing content for social media accounts, creating and facilitating email marketing campaigns, designing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns, and basic graphic design and photo editing.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Creates, posts, and manages content on various social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Creates and distributes email newsletters and campaigns
• Creates and implements targeted digital marketing and social media campaigns
• Stays up to date with the latest news, tools, applications, and social media best practices and technologies
• Manages multiple Google Business accounts for various real estate offices
• Works one-on-one with real estate agents to create specific, effective strategies to strengthen their content and broaden their social media reach
• Works with the education department on teaching social media classes
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Basic Photoshop and/or Illustrator skills
• Knowledge in using content creation tools such as Adobe Spark, Giphy and Canva
• Basic graphic design skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of professional digital marketing or social media experience
• Experience in graphic design preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
